This UX case study focuses on improving Klarna by encouraging financial responsibility among users. I identified overspending as a key issue and proposed a new feature: displaying users’ outstanding balances before placing ‘Pay Later’ orders. This feature aims to promote smarter spending habits and reduce the risk of debt.

The project includes finding a problem and coming up with a solution, a user flow, and a functional prototype.
