This project begins in Illustrator, where I select a font and completely transform it using the Pen and Pencil tools. I alter the font until it becomes almost unrecognizable, essentially creating a new design from scratch. Once I’m satisfied with the letter arrangement, I export it as an SVG file.
Next, I move into Blender to bring the design to life. I extrude and remesh the letters, further refining their shape. Sometimes, I inflate the letters to give them a playful, balloon-like effect. Once the lettering feels just right, I incorporate additional details—in this piece, it’s clouds, hearts, and flowers—all modeled directly in Blender.
Then comes my favorite part: adding materials, colors, and arranging the lighting. This step transforms the piece, giving it depth and vibrancy. After rendering the final composition, I do some post-editing in Photoshop, adding those last subtle details to complete the artwork.
